So I only fasted until 2:30 today but I felt pretty good about that.  So far I’ve eaten: 2 bowels of soup 1 cup of chopped tomatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper & oregano 1 square dark chocolate 1 more bowl of soup yogurt/oats/honey & half an apple concoction 1 greek yogurt w/ honey some piece of egg/potato tort

1 apple 1 clemintine Activia plain yogurt w/honey and oatmeal & apple and another bowl cookies giant bowl of pasta with some cheese and a little bit of sauce & some lame excuse for a salad more cookies some dark chocolate another Activia yogurt/oats/apple concoction some more cookies broccoli w/ a bit of left of egg/hotdog/cheese casserole

So today I ate so much.  I’ve been super stressed and tired lately & have been eating crap which has totally compounded my stress/sleepyness.  I definitely have an emotional eating problem.  When I repress my emotions about something I do it by shoving food down my mouth, cause then it’s like so long as I’m eating I’m not going to say what I’m actually feeling...
